Birthday Party Terms

To avoid disappointment for your preferred party time, all party bookings should be confirmed with Fairy Fantasy Kingdom as soon as possible. A 50% deposit by cheque or bank transfer (account details provided once booking is confirmed) is required to secure your booking and the remaining balance is to be paid the week prior to the event.

This deposit is transferable but non-refundable. A cancellation fee applies (50% of the fee) if within 1 week of the party date. Full fee will be charged if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the party.

A travel fee of $20 is required for parties 20km outside Fairy Fantasy Kingdom flying zone and is due the day of the party.
